Description

A new bouldering venue found in 2012. Not much has been done here at present due to a back-breaking landing but, once fully developed, Watsness will have some of Shetland's hardest and best quality problems.

Access

Take the A971 West through Walls and continue along the single-track road until a side road splits off to the left marked 'Watsness'. Park next to the cattle grid. Follow the fence South; at the corner leave the fence and continue towards the coast; follow the burn from the first loch down to the sea. Just south of here is a shingle beach, the problems are on the south-facing overhanging wall. Walk-in approx 15min.

Problems

Sorry but you need to be logged in to the site to see routes and problems at crags. Of course it costs nothing to register and you’ll be able to see all! Thanks.
