Exploring Noss

Noss 2012 – the climbing trip that wasn’t!

In April 2012, a few of us finally managed to organise a trip to Noss to attempt to climb a line spotted from the ferry a few years ago. Being a nature reserve and home to millions of birds, we needed to climb before nesting so we didn’t disturb the birds. So, with permission granted, we set off optimistically to find our clean line in the middle of the otherwise bird-infested rock. It wasn’t to be and we came back empty handed. It was a good adventure though and Andrew put together this short photo article of our trip.
